Phil Adlam
Managing Director
Phil is the managing director and founding partner of Rock-Tech. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of event management and production.
Phil brings his very real passion for quality and high standard to work with him every day, and never seems to need any sleep!
Jon Atkin
Products Director
Jon loves manufacturing, and is responsible for all our manufactured products. Jon has a passion to make sure things run smoothly at events, and can generally be found running the monitor mix position.
Cat Adlam
Finance Director
Without Cat, the business would grind to a halt. She tirelessly sorts out all the financial stuff and keeps the rest of us on the straight and narrow.
Cat is also the proud owner of two little kittens, Toby and Jess, the tearaways of the household!
Ben Suffolk
Head of Special Projects
Ben has many years experience helping local churches to make the most of their budgets, which is why he puts together our installation quotes.
He can turn his hand to most things technical and is always useful to have around. He has designed a number of DMX based lighting products, and is actively involved in writing a new lighting control application for the Apple Mac.
Ben seems to love his Mac, and pretty much any other Apple product he can get his hands on!
Jonathan Ranson
Client Liaison
Jon is the newest member of the team, working as an assistant to Phil. He has over 5 years experience in Sound, Lighting and Video systems.
Jon enjoys mountain climbing and outdoors sports.
Jason Bickersteth
As well as making sure everything has its place in the warehouse, Jason is also a part-time Pastor at Calvary Chapel Church York. He's also rather handy with a drill!
Malcolm Hill
Consultant
Malcolm Hill is part of the founding team at Rock-tech.
He is one of the pioneers of the audio industry, and is famous for his series of amplifiers, consoles and speaker systems. Alongside his talented design work he is also highly experienced in event production, supplying the sound for Live Aid, AC/DC, etc. etc.
Malcolm works as a consultant for Rock-Tech, where his wealth of knowledge is invaluable.
