Rock-tech provide a full repair and maintenance service for all of the products that we supply, and we will happily repair equipment from other suppliers too. We want to get you back up and running as soon as possible!

Should you need a replacement product whilst yours is in for repair, please let us know; we have a comprehensive stock of items available for hire.

Please note:

  - Our inspection fee, for all non-warranty repairs, is £50. This is to cover inspection, return shipping and, if necessary, up to an hour's labour. This charge will still be made should our recommended repair quote be declined.

  - We can't accept equipment without a valid returns number.  We need this to ensure that we can keep track of your items, so please give us a ring or email before sending anything.
