Rock-tech provide a full repair and maintenance service for all of the products that we supply.  We want to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Once this has been accepted please ship the item to:

Should you need a replacement product whilst yours is in for repair, please let us know; we have a comprehensive stock of items available for hire.

Please note:

  - For all non-warranty repairs there is a charge of £30 to cover our 'Fault Evaluation Service' should repairs be declined.

  - We won't accept equipment without a valid returns number, to ensure that we can keep track of your items.
